A well-equipped kitchen with a dining area leads through to a spacious sitting room with French doors leading out to the enclosed garden where the barbecue offers alfresco dining after a day on the beach. There are three bedrooms, the master benefiting from en-suite facilities, all on the first floor along with the bathroom. 4 Trevanson Mews is an ideally located house, perfect for holidays or short breaks all year round.
