The apartment is one of three and sleeps four people in two bedrooms, a king-size double and a bunk room. There is also a wet room with a shower and an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a woodburning stove and gas stove. Outside is a private patio, shared garden, off road parking for one car and secure bike storage. Crooklands House 3 is a fantastic apartment in a delightful riverside location. Note: One well-behaved dog welcome.

Crooklands is mid-way between Kendal, Kirkby Lonsdale and Milnthorpe. It offers a pub/hotel, and the Lancaster Canal is within walking distance. Kendal, only five miles away is famous for its yards, narrow lanes, historic buildings and Kendal Mint Cake, as well as the unique Quaker Tapestry. Set in lovely rolling countryside, the area has much to offer, including the Levens Hall’s World renowed Topiery Gardens and deer park, The Lakeland Wildlife Oasis, Leighton Hall, Sizergh Castle and the Lake District National Park, with Lake Windermere only 20 minutes’ away.
