The Wagon House is a detached barn conversion in Tresmeer, near to Launceston in Cornwall. Hosting three bedrooms; a king size with en-suite wet room, a double, an adult bunk room and a single bed located on the mezzanine, this property can sleep up to seven people. Inside you will find an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove, a utility room and a games room. To the outside is off road parking, a gravelled garden to the rear with a patio. Located in a quiet rural setting but within easy driving distance of both the coast and the moors. Note: One well-behaved dog welcome at an additional charge of £20.00.

The town of Launceston, situated on the Devon and Cornwall border, has fine Georgian buildings in the central square, and is dominated by the ruins of a Norman castle sitting high above the town. Launceston is within driving distance of the seaside resorts of Bude and Padstow to the north, and Plymouth to the south, as well as Bodmin Moor and Dartmoor. A superb base for exploring Cornwall and Devon.
