The cottage sleeps seven people in four bedrooms, two of which have en-suite facilities and include two doubles, a twin and a single room. There is also a bathroom, a ground floor cloakroom, a kitchen, a dining room with an open fire and a sitting room. Outside there is off road parking for four cars and a patio area with seating. Newlands Farm is a superb cottage that can be enjoyed at any time of the year.

In the village of Riddings you will find pubs, and a selection of pubs, as well as shops, supermarkets and a Post Office can be found in the town of Alfreton. Matlock is only 10 miles away, offering a range of shops, pubs and restaurants, as well as attractions including Gulliver's Kingdom.
