Hosting four ground-floor bedrooms, including a king-size with en-suite shower room, a king-size and two twin rooms, along with a ground-floor bathroom, sleeping up to eight guests. There is also a first-floor open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area, along with a utility. Outside there is a large enclosed lawned garden with outdoor furniture and private parking. Riven Oak makes a fabulous choice for a family break to the Lakes.
Lying at on the edge of the Lake District National Park is the delightful Cumbrian village of Levens. Set on a high promontory in the beautiful countryside, Levens is home to a local Post Office, convenience shop and a pub, Hare & Hounds, providing all your self-catering needs. A little further north is the bustling town of Kendal, home of the famous mint cake, and packed with plenty to enjoy from restaurants and cafés to traditional pubs and inns, as well as Kendal Castle, local museums, and Kendal Golf Club.
