The cottage is next to a converted mill and sleeps six people in three bedrooms. These include a ground floor single with a 2'6" pull out stacker bed, and a lower ground floor double and twin room. There is also a bathroom on this floor. Completing the accommodation is a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room on the ground floor. Outside is a patio garden and roadside parking. Fairwater Mill Cottage is a lovely cottage with a number of activities available nearby.
Newton Abbot is situated in the heart of The English Riviera, with its mild climate, thriving palm trees and fabulous beach life. The ancient market town now offers plenty of modern shops and the famous Hedgehog Hospital, where visitors are encouraged to feed and hold the animals. There's also a racecourse where National Hunt racing takes place from spring until autumn, with craft fayres during winter.
