It comes with six bedrooms, comprising of a super-king-size bedroom with en-suite shower, basin and WC, a super-king-size, two doubles and two twins, together sleeping 12 people. There is also a bathroom with freestanding bath, basin and WC, as well as a Bathroom with shower over bath, basin and WC. Completing the interior is a kitchen/diner with a woodburning stove, a utility, a sitting room with woodburning stove, an additional sitting room and a games room. Outside, there is ample off-road parking and a garden with a lawn area and a patio area with furniture and a hot tub. Cuthbert Hill Farm promises to be a wonderful base that you can look forward to returning to year after year. Please note supermarket deliveries are fine, please don't arrange for personal parcels to be delivered due to the sporadic nature of delivery services. Close by is Clitheroe which is famous for its specialist shops, as well as its award-winning restaurants and country hotels.
