The property has three bedrooms on the first floor which are made up of two doubles and a single and can sleep five people. There is also a bathroom on this floor. Downstairs there is a kitchen/diner and sitting room. Outside there is a lawned garden and off road parking for one car. Situated in a lovely, rural location, Loft Cottage is ideal for anyone desiring a calming getaway.
Situated in the lower Yorkshire Dales, Crakehall is a peaceful little village that consists of two parts - Little Crakehall and Great Crakehall. The settlement lies around a large village green and offers a popular village pub serving delicious fare. Not far from Crakehall is the market town of Bedale, a traditional centre which has its own museum, weekly market and interesting churches, as well as a number of craft and antique shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs, which provide local beers and home cooked food. Also within driving distance are plenty other attractions, including the Constable Burton Hall Gardens with extensive parkland and woodland walks, the Forbidden Corner with its underground passages to explore, the lovely Georgian town of Richmond with its fine castle ruins and the Wensleydale railway line, an authentic heritage railway.
