The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living space with a kitchen with a double electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, a dining room with seating for 10 people and a sitting room with a TV. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor king-size with TV and walk-in shower, basin and WC, a ground-floor double, a double with TV, a twin with TV and en-suite with walk-in shower, basin and WC and a ground-floor twin with TV. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with furniture and hot tub and off-road parking for 4 cars. Within 0.6 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.6, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. The family resort of Lowestoft is the most easterly point in Great Britain and is situated on the Suffolk Sunrise coast close to the Norfolk/Suffolk border with some of the finest sandy beaches in the area, with a range of attractions for all the family.
