Crantock Bay House is a detached property, set back and above the West Pentire Road between Crantock village and West Pentire. It is in an outstanding position with fantastic sea views over Crantock Bay and beyond. The house is light and airy with plenty of space and very well-equipped to a high standard to ensure that guests have a fabulous self-catering holiday. With two downstairs bedrooms and a bathroom, complete with separate shower cubicle, this house is ideal for parties who have a set of guests who prefer not to go upstairs. Crantock Bay House is a five-minute walk from Crantock Beach and Polly Joke Beach, making it a haven for family groups or keen surfers. A few minutes' walk away is the Bowgie Inn, serving food and drink with the same fantastic view, and Crantock village is only five minutes' walk away along a country lane, where there are two more pubs, a Londis grocery store, post office and other village attractions. Crantock Bay House also has a large garden to the rear that's fully enclosed, making it ideal for guests with small children and dogs.

Crantock is a small Cornish village, set back from the coast, close to the popular resort of Newquay. If you want to escape the crowds, yet still be close to the action, this is the place to be. There's stunning countryside all around and lots of pretty villages to explore; however, it is the coast that dominates. Enjoy superb walks along the coastal path over dramatic cliff-tops, or magnificent surfing on beaches stretching from Watergate Bay in the North to Fistral beach in the centre of Newquay and on down the coast. There are a number of golf courses in the area, as well as National Trust properties, traditional pubs and outstanding restaurants. Newquay itself is a visitor's paradise with a wide variety of shops, pubs and restaurants, plus attractions such as the Sea Life Centre, Newquay Zoo and nearby Dairyland and Eden Project.

Cornwall’s visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Whatever the reason, Cornwall has long cemented its place as one of Britain’s premier holiday destinations.
