Barrow-in-Furness, commonly known as Barrow, is a town and borough in southern Cumbria, situated just where the Lakes meet the sea. Originally used as a hamlet to the biggest iron and steel centre in the world, the town is set around a picturesque backdrop of the Lake District Mountains and surrounded by stunning beaches and coastal walks.
