11 Marine Terrace is a four storey mid-terrace house on the seafront in Criccieth, Gwynedd. Hosting seven bedrooms, on the first floor there are two doubles, and a family room with a double and a single, on the second-floor there is a triple room with three singles, one double and a single, and on the third-floor is a king-size with en-suite shower room. Supported by a family bathroom on the first-floor with shower over bath, as well as a shower room, this property can accommodate up to fifteen people. On the ground-floor there is a kitchen, a dining room, a sitting room ,a utility and a cloakroom with WC. The first-floor also has a second sitting room. There is a back yard, and unrestricted parking available on the road. 11 Marine Terrace will be a fantastic property to host a loving family reunion, all with the benefit on being right on the beach.

Criccieth is a seaside town in North Wales, situated not far from the popular Porthmadog. It is home to its own railway station, shops, pubs and the all-important fish and chip shops. Marine Beach is a sandy and pebbly beach, and walkers will love ambling along this beautiful coastline.
