The Clearings is a holiday cottage situated in Ducklington, Oxfordshire. Enjoys views from all rooms across the huge gardens and fields beyond. Inside the owners have created a sleek and contemporary home with many period features still present. The property opens up to a living room with a wood burning fire, a fitted kitchen with a breakfast bar and dining area, as well as an external games room that acts as a second sitting room and games room complete with a pool table. On the ground floor you will find two king-size bedrooms and a twin bedroom. There is a separate family bathroom and WC. On the first floor, there is one double bedroom and one twin bedroom accessed via the double bedroom. Outside has a vast garden with a children’s play area nearby. Parking is available at the property. The Clearings is an excellent property for friend and family vacations.
Note: The extra twin room is only accessible via bedroom 4.
Note: No hen or stag parties allowed and we ask all guest to be considerate to neighbours in the village with no loud noise. Note: This property requires a refundable good housekeeping bond of £500. Note: There is sheep in the surrounding fields so dogs must be kept under close control, and the area is not fully enclosed. Note: Charging of electric cars must be pre-arranged and is payable locally.
