Baytree Cottage is an attractive cottage located in the coastal village of Totland on the Isle of Wight. It boasts four bedrooms; a double, a twin and two ground floor twins, sleeping eight altogether. There is also a shower room, a ground floor bathroom, kitchen with breakfast room and living/dining room with open fire. To the outside is off-road parking for two cars, along with a large enclosed garden with lawned area, patio and furniture. Baytree Cottage promises a restful break with your loved ones. Totland is located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty on the west side of the Isle of Wight's coast, offering visitors local shops and pubs. The award-winning beaches of both Totland and Colwell Bay offer a range of activities, whilst a footpath will take you to Freshwater in ten minutes, where you will find its golf course and public swimming pool. Take a chair lift from Alum Bay and enjoy some of the views across the sand cliffs to the famous 'Needles' chalk stacks and lighthouse beyond, or explore the castle and harbour at Yarmouth.
The Isle of Wight, with its beaches, unspoiled scenery, rich heritage and over 500 miles of award-winning public footpaths is a walker’s paradise, or if sailing is your thing, the renowned annual Cowes Week is not to be missed.
