There is a first floor family bathroom and WC. It has a ground floor cloakroom with basin and WC. Downstairs has a fitted kitchen, dining room and sitting room. Off-road parking to rear for one small to medium car. Alternative parking available 200m from the property. To the front is an enclosed patio area with furniture. Fairleigh is the perfect holiday home for families.
Note: Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Please note: No dogs must be left in the house alone.
Whitby is a seaside town in North Yorkshire, England, situated near the River Esk on the East Coast. The town developed as a shipping port during the middle ages, but it only became a tourist spot in the Georgian period, with the construction of the railway. With its close proximity to the North York Moors and the abundance of historical architecture, this is not a place to be missed.
The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.
