The rest of the property is made up of a fitted kitchen/dining room and a sitting room. To the outside of the property is off road parking for 2 cars and a lawned garden with furniture. Note: Two well-behaved dogs welcome at an additional charge of £21/pet.
Sutton Poyntz is a pretty village on the northern side of Preston, Weymouth, Sitting beneath the George III chalk horse that is carved into the hillside. At the centre of the village sits a beautiful duck pond, and the Spring head pub, where you can enjoy a drink in the pub gardens whilst admiring the chalk horse carving. Just 3.5 miles from Weymouth and it’s golden sandy beach, lanes of boutique shops, sea life centre and historic harbour this is a perfect village base for exploring the Jurassic Coast. Just 13 miles away are the UNESCO world Heritage sites of Lulworth Cove and Durdle, a short drive further on finds you are Corfe Castle, most recently famous as the inspiration in many Enid Blyton Famous five novels, make sure you take a trip on the Steam train.
