Moult Hill Barn is a unique renovated barn, providing accommodation close to Salcombe in Devon. It plays host to five en-suite bedrooms which include three super king-size rooms and two family bunk rooms, along with a cloakroom, the property is able to sleep 20. Also inside there is an open-plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area hosting a woodburning stove, also find a utility. To the outside, there is a balcony on the first floor and a terrace with furniture and a barbecue, as well as off-road parking for six cars. Salcombe is a popular destination for watersports enthusiasts, walkers and families looking for a holiday by the sea. There are several pretty beaches within a short distance, including North Sands and South Sands, plus the coves East Portlemouth on the opposite side of the estuary, just a short passenger ferry ride away. Also on your doorstep is the National Trust property Overbeck’s where you can wander through the subtropical gardens. Why not have a more adventurous day and try out the watersports available on the estuary including surfing, coasteering, kayaking or a more leisurely boat trip? Whilst staying in Salcombe, take advantage of the locally sourced seafood which is served in many of the restaurants, pubs, cafés and delicatessens.
