Savernake is a detached property located near the village of Thurlestone in Devon. It homes five bedrooms; a king-size double with en-suite, a super-king size double (zip/link can be twins on request), a king size bed with en-suite, a double and a single bedroom. There is also a ground floor shower room, a first floor bathroom, cloakroom, kitchen, utility, dining room, sitting room and a snug/playroom. Outside is off-road parking for 3-4 cars, as well as a garden with lawned area to the rear and lawn to the front, with table, chairs and BBQ. Savernake offers a quality break in Devon.

The picturesque village of Thurlestone is popular with both beach-goers and watersports enthusiasts, with the beautiful sandy beaches of Thurlestone and South Milton Sands within walking distance. Thurlestone boasts an 18-hole links golf course, a 13th century church, a traditional pub, a post office and the ‘Voyage Spa’, where visitors can enjoy spa treatments or afternoon tea. The sailing town of Salcombe is just a 10-15 minute drive away, and the fishing village of Hope Cove is a short drive away, or can be reached on foot via the South West Coast Path.
