The small village of Holt sits on the Welsh and English boarder, sitting on the river bank of the River Dee. Within the village you will find a selection of pubs and charming shops, in addition to the ruins of Holt Castle, which dates back to 1284. Close by, is the roman city of Chester, which plays host to the famous zoo, excellent shopping and the popular racecourse.
Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.
