There is off-road parking for 2 cars available. Jasmine Cottage is the perfect spot for those interested in historical landmarks. You can walk to the River Dart from the cottage, with two riverside pubs within walking distance. The legendary pub, The Maltsters Arms, once owned by cooking icon Keith Floyd, has recently been re-opened, with the executive chef being Anton Piotrowski, winner of Masterchef the Professionals.
