Lots of living space, two kitchens and a games room, make this home an ideal location for a group getaway. A renovated church, this house is oozing with charm and character. Large windows, high ceilings, flagstone floors and exposed stone walls make it an unforgettable holiday home. Leave your sandy shoes or soggy coats in the cloakroom before heading through into the superb kitchen/diner which has extra high ceilings and original stained-glass windows. Cook up a storm before enjoying eating together around the dining table with room for all guests. There is also a small secondary kitchen in another area of the property available on request and by arrangement with the owner. There are a few lounge spaces to choose from, one of which has a wood burner and comfortable sofas, perfect for enjoying a book or a bit of peace and quiet. A separate snug area has a Smart TV and doors outside to the spacious garden. The real winner of this home is a fantastic games room. Complete with pool table, bar area, Bluetooth speaker, wood burner and seating, this area is perfect for getting competitive and enjoying your time together. When you’re ready for a snooze, there are four sumptuous bedrooms to choose from, two of which have en-suite shower rooms. The family bathroom has a superb roll top bath where you can unwind and soak away the day. Outside of the renovated church is a spacious garden. There is a seating area with table and chairs, BBQ and fire pit, great for al fresco dining. A lawn area provides the perfect place for garden games, or head through the gate onto the walking trail which winds through the woods. Roadside parking is also available.

This quaint holiday home with water views is conveniently located near the centre of historic Pembroke, making it the perfect base for families or friends to explore everything that Pembrokeshire has to offer. Step into a spacious tiled hallway with convenient storage space for coats and boots. To the left, you’ll find the lounge, furnished with two large sofas that provide comfortable seating around the Smart TV. Further down the hallway, you’ll discover an open-plan kitchen/diner offering spectacular views over Pembroke Castle and the mill pond. On the first floor, three bedrooms and a family bathroom await. The first bedroom is a king-size room that enjoys lovely views over the millpond. The second bedroom features a super-king-size zip-and-link bed (which can be made into twin beds upon request). The third room is a bunk bedroom. The family bathroom and a utility cupboard complete the first floor. There’s an annexe on the lower floor of the house, which can be accessed via steep stairs from the hallway. This area includes an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, and there’s also a king-size bedroom with a shower room. The annexe’s door opens onto an unenclosed area near the popular pub and provides access to the millpond. Outdoor seating with tables and chairs is available for enjoying the sunshine. While the main part of the building doesn’t have its own outdoor space, you can explore the walks around the mill pond or visit parks within a mile of the property. Pembroke boasts a popular high street with a variety of independent shops, bars, and restaurants. If you have a penchant for history, pay a visit to the castle, the birthplace of Henry VII. The wonderful coastal path passes nearby, skirting around the Castle, and for a day at the seaside, Pembroke serves as an excellent base for exploring the many beautiful beaches. Freshwater East is less than 4 miles away, and Barafundle Bay, a must-see in Pembrokeshire, is within 5 miles of home.
