The living areas in this property consist of a kitchen equipped with range cooker with oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, a dining area for twenty and a sitting room with Smart TV and sofa bed, there is also a cinema room. The bedrooms consist of two second-floor super-king-sizes, two king-sizes with sofa beds, double, two second-floor doubles and a child bunk, serviced by a shower room on each floor. Outside there is a rear, enclosed patio with hot tub, outdoor play area, and private parking for three cars. Within 0.2 miles there is a shop, 0.1 miles a pub and 0.4 miles a beach. Two well-behaved dogs welcome, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. The Bookcase is a wonderful setting for a family getaway to the coast. Note: Each sofa bed sleeps an additional two guests.
Visitors of all ages can enjoy Colwyn Bay's sandy beaches, a promenade, a large park with a skateboard section, a leisure centre and bowling green, the Welsh Mountain Zoo, Eirios Park, numerous shops, pubs and restaurants (one on the seafront by the watersports centre, is owned by the celebrity chef Bryn Williams, who also owns Odette's restaurant in London), as well as a theatre/cinema. With its proximity to North Wales' numerous tourist attractions, Colwyn Bay serves as a great starting point for exploring the region. Several annual events, including the Triathlon and Forties Festival, are held in the area. Annually in Llandudno, the Victorian Extravaganza is also held. There is a direct route from London Euston to Colwyn Bay that takes about 2 hours 45 minutes, with stops at Milton Keynes Central, Crewe, and Chester along the way.
